::: Liebe Leser und Leserinnen dieser Postille!
Sehr schlechte Nachrichten haben uns zu Beginn der Sommerpause der Zentralen Randlage erreicht: das Haus Schönhauser Allee 172 wurde verkauft und muss von allen MieterInnen bis zu 30.9. geräumt werden. Da es keinen bestehenden Mietvertrag mehr gab, sondern nur eine Nutzungsvereinbarung, die allerdings langfristigeren Anschein hatte und unseres Wissens bis zum Frühling 2008 gehen sollte, gibt es keine Widerspruchsmöglichkeit. Was wir tun können ist, es noch mal richtig krachen zu lassen. Vom 22.8. bis 30.9. das bisherige, abseitige, ungewöhnliche Programm weiterzuführen und den Laden in Grund und Boden zu rocken. Kein Fußbreit den Kapitalisten hiess es einstmals, doch von Protesten oder Widerstand gegen die Gentrifizierung des Senefelderplatzes in den letzten 3 bis 5 Jahren ist und war keine Spur. Darum fordern wir Euch auf neben Vorschlägen für Konzerte, Auftritte, Veranstaltungen auch Stellenangebote für 2 engagierte Kulturschaffende, bzw. Vermietungs- und Kaufangebote für den entstandenen Raumbedarf der Veranstaltungsorts, der Ateliers und Probenräume, der Tonstudios und der Musikschule zu machen.

Dear readers of this bulletin!
Very bad news hit us in the first week of the summer break of Zentrale Randlage: the building Schönhauser Allee 172 has been sold and all tennents have to move untill September 30. Since the proper contract ran out in May, there was only an agreement on usage of the space, except it was said the building can not be sold before Spring 2008. So we are under shock and can not do anything about it, except setting up a programme from August 22 to September 30 and rock the place to the ground. Protest against the actual movement of gentrification in the area, around Senefelderplatz especially in the last 3 to 5 years, has not really happened. Therefore we would like to invite you to send in requests on gigs, shows, parties, events besides of job offers for 2 engaged cultural organisers and offers for renting or buying premises for those who are in need now such as the venue, the artist´s studios, rehearsalrooms, the recording studios, the music school aso. that filled the building till under the brim. So please don´t ask for dates during that period
